Pork shoulder and veggies 1-pot roast.

Recipe Ingredients for Pork shoulder pot roast

1 1/2 lb pork shoulder, boneless
1 cup of worcestershire sauce
1 quart of chicken stock
6 small red potatos, quartered
3 large carrots, sliced
1 1/2 large onions, quartered
1 large orange, quartered
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 quart of water
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp thyme
2 tsp salt

Cook all ingredients in 1 pot on low, after bringing to a boil, for 3-4 hours.
