Recipe Ingredients for Pork Schnitzel

2 pork loin chops
1/4 cup bread crumbs
4 tbsp flour
1/4 cup grapeseed oil
1/4 egg

Recipe Directions for Pork Schnitzel

  1. Cut pork chops into 4 pieces, and pound to 1/4 inch thin. Dredge in flour, then dip in egg. Coat with breadcrumbs. Refrigerate for an hour.

  2. Heat oil in a pan on medium high heat. Cook chops 4-5 minutes per side until golden.
