Pork schnitzel with gluten free bread crumbs cut with Cornmeal

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Schnitzel

1 pork chop
3 tbsp cornmeal
3 tbsp bread crumbs
3 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp egg, beaten

Recipe Directions for Pork Schnitzel

  1. Take pork chop and pound thin

  2. add desired spices tot he corn starch.

  3. coat pork chop in cornstarch

  4. then coat with egg and finally coat with bread crumbs

  5. bake on a baking sheet lined with foil, sprayed, for 30 minutes at 350F.
