Recipe Ingredients for Pork Sausage Casserole

1 lb pork sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
2 c raw rice
1 c chopped celery
1/2 c chopped onion
1/4 c chopped parsley
3 1/2 c chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Pork Sausage Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. In a large, oven-proof skillet, brown sausage and medium onion. Drain.

  3. Meanwhile, bring broth to a boil.

  4. Add all ingredients to skillet. Season to taste.

  5. Cover and bake 1 hour, uncovering about 1/2-way through.
