Slow cooked roast pork and veggies.

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Roast And Veggies

2 garlic cloves, pureed
1 tbs. Rosemary
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbs. olive oil
1/4 lb celery
1/2 lb. carrots
1 Vidalia onion, sliced
3/4 c. Chicken Broth
2 pound boneless pork loin roast, well trimmed
2 potatoes, quartered
1 tbs cornstarch

Recipe Directions for Pork Roast And Veggies

  1. Puree garlic, spices and olive oil. Rub onto loin.

  2. Put loin in crock pot with celery, carrots, onion, potatoes and broth.

  3. Cook on low 4-6 hours internal temp should be 160 degrees F.

  4. Drain juices into a sauce pan and thicken with 2 heaping tsp corn starch for gravy add water if too thick.
