Slow cooked pork roast with veggies!

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Roast & Vegetables

40 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Top Loin (Roasts), Boneless
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
5 serving Cayenne Pepper
3 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, Baked, Flesh And Skin
1 small Onions
0.75 cup pieces Mushrooms, Shiitake
1.5 cup slices Carrots
3 stalks Celery
12 fl oz Diet Coke

Recipe Directions for Pork Roast & Vegetables

  1. Place roast in slow cooker, fat side up.

  2. Cut up vegetables, and place on and around meat.

  3. Pour in diet coke.

  4. Season to taste.

  5. Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
