I use Martenellis sparkling cider. I also added 2 bay leaves at the bottom of the pan. I cooked slow on 300 degree's to 350 degree's for 3 hours. Then I changed the temperature to 400 and cooked until meat is fork tender.

3 1/2 lb Pork Roast
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp rosemary
1 c sparkling apple cider
1 c low sodium chicken broth
1 small onion chopped
