Excellent way to use a pork shoulder roast, which is an inexpensive cut.

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Roast with Rosemary, Garlic and Sea Salt Rub

2 3/10 lbs. pork roast
5 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp. rosemary
1 tbsp. sea salt

Recipe Directions for Pork Roast with Rosemary, Garlic and Sea Salt Rub

  1. Mince garlic. Break off fresh rosemary and chop fine.

  2. Mix together in small bowl with sea salt.

  3. Rub all over pork roast.

  4. Place roast in 350 degree oven for 2 hours.

  5. Let rest for 25 minutes.

  6. Slice and enjoy.
