I used 2 tablespoons pork rub. but the website couldn't find it. I substituted sugar to make up for the calories.

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Roast Gravy

7 ounces beef broth
1/8 cup worchestershire sauce
1/4 cup red wine
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 tablespoon barbecue sauce
1/2 tablespoon tabasco sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons flour

Recipe Directions for Pork Roast Gravy

  1. Use whatever blend of herbs and spices you like.

  2. *Note* I cooked a pork loin in 2 times this recipe (minus the butter, oil and flour) then used half the juice to make a gravy.
