Recipe Ingredients for Pork and Rice Skillet

3 chop, excluding refuse (yield from 1 raw chop, with refuse, weighing 113 g) Pork, Fresh, Loin, Top Loin (Chops), Boneless
1 large Onions
3/4 cup Long Grain Brown Rice
10 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
3 tbsp Newman's Own Family Recipe Italian Dressing
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Pork and Rice Skillet

Brown the pork on both sides over medium heat and remove from heat. Place all remaining ingredients in the skillet and cover with lid. Simmer for 35-45 minutes or until rice is done and no pink remains in pork.
