Recipe Ingredients for Pork & Rice

12 oz Pork loin
3 c low sodium chicken broth
1 1/3 c VIGO YELLOW RICE
1/4 c chopped onions
1 1/2 c peas

Recipe Directions for Pork & Rice

  1. Heat and shred cooked pork roast in pot and add onions. Add broth and bring to boil.

  2. Stir in rice and peas (or other vegetable) and stir for 1 minute.

  3. Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
