Recipe Ingredients for Pork Red Chile Enchiladas

500 grams Red Chile
771 g Pork, Fresh, Loin, Tenderloin
50 g Onions
375 g Beans, Pinto, Mature Seeds
145 g Muenster Cheese
72 g Cheddar Cheese
121 g Olives, Ripe, Canned (Small-extra Large)
11 Tortillas, Ready-to-bake Or -fry, Corn
1 tbsp Oregano, Ground
1 c. Turkey Broth

Recipe Directions for Pork Red Chile Enchiladas

Saute onion and pork cut into chunks. Dunk corn tortillas in processed red chiles. (Process softened red chiles with broth and water in food processor). Mix pork, beans, olives and put 1/4 c. into tortilla and roll. Place tortillas in 9x13 pan. Top with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
