4oz Pork This speedy skillet dish features browned boneless pork chops and rice simmered in a sweet and sour sauce made with SwansonŽ Chicken Broth, Dijon-style mustard and apricot preserves.

Recipe Ingredients for Pork, Quick Glazed & Rice Skillet

16 oz pork chops,boneless 3/4 Thick
1 3/4 c Chicken Broth (regular, Natural Goodness? or Certified Organic)
3/4 c apricot preserves OR orange marmalade
1 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
1 c uncooked white rice

Recipe Directions for Pork, Quick Glazed & Rice Skillet

  1. COOK chops in nonstick skillet until browned. Remove chops.

  2. ADD broth, preserves and mustard. Heat to a boil.

  3. STIR in rice. Top with chops. Cover and cook over low heat 20 min. or until done.
