Recipe Ingredients for Pork with Peach and Black Bean Salsa

1 pound pork loin, cubed
1 salt and pepper
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 cup salsa
15 ounces peaches, in juice drained
15 ounces black beans
1 T. cilantro, chopped fresh

Recipe Directions for Pork with Peach and Black Bean Salsa

  1. Place precooked meat in large skillet.

  2. Pour in broth, salsa, peaches and beans with 2 T of reserved lliquid.

  3. Stir well and bring to a boil.

  4. Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes.

  5. Add cilantro.
