a bit like a spaghetti bolognaise but lovely with a salad

Recipe Ingredients for pork pasta

150 grams Tomato Puree
400 grams Peeled Plum Shaped Tomatoes
1 medium (2-1/2" dia)(110 g) Onions
1 small Peppers, Sweet, Green
100 grams Sunflower Oil
350 grams Macaroni, Dry, Enriched
200 grams Ground Pork

Recipe Directions for pork pasta

  1. add oil to pan

  2. fry the sliced onion then add the pork, fry for 5 mins

  3. add sliced green pepper fry for a further 2 mind.

  4. add plum tomatoes including the juice and pepper , mixed herbs and tomatoe pure.

  5. stir well, cover and simmer for 20 mins. cook macaronni as per pack instructions, drain and mix in with the meat sauce. Serve with a green salad.
