Recipe Ingredients for Pork Paprika

1 lb. pork tenderloin
1 tbsp. canola oil
1 large onion
1 med. green pepper
2 garlic cloves
14 1/2 oz. diced tomatoes
1/2 cup chicken broth
4 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Recipe Directions for Pork Paprika

  1. Cut the pork into cubes. In a large skillet, cook the pork in the canola oil. Remove to a plate and keep warm.

  2. Add the onion, garlic, and green pepper to the pan, cook and stir until crisp-tender. Add the remainder of the ingredients and bring to a boil.

  3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Return the pork to the pan, and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes more.
