Recipe Ingredients for Pork and Onions with Orange Glaze

2 tbsp. oil
1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut crosswise into 1/4" slices
1 onion, chopped
3/4 cup orange marmalade
2 tbsp. chili sauce
2 tbsp. water
2 cups fresh snow pea pods

Recipe Directions for Pork and Onions with Orange Glaze

  1. Heat oil in large heavy skillet or wok. Add pork and stir fry for 3-4 minutes until pork is cooked. Remove from skillet.

  2. Add onion to skillet or wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until crisp tender. Add marmalade, chili sauce, water, and pea pods. Cook and stir 3-4 minutes until vegetables are crisp tender. Return pork to skillet and stir fry an additional 2 minutes until thoroughly heated. 4 servings
