Recipe Ingredients for pork and mushroom soup

1 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1/2 cup Peas, Green
6 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Blade (Chops), Bone-in
1 cup Light
1 cup, diced Celery
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for pork and mushroom soup

  1. saute celery in non-stick pan sprayed with cooking spray until celery is tender, approximately 5 minutes.

  2. add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes more.

  3. add all corn, peas, cooked pork and light low sodium chicken broth. cook for 5-10 minutes over medium heat.

  4. season with no-salt seasoning, if desired.
