Recipe Ingredients for Pork Medallions with Creamy Pan Sauce

2 1tsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
450 grams Fresh Tenderloin
4 oz Wine
1 small Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 clove Garlic
125 grams Cream Cheese Original
1 tbsp Parsley

Recipe Directions for Pork Medallions with Creamy Pan Sauce

  1. 1. Cut pork into 1/2 inch slices; chop red pepper; mince garlic clove; cube cream cheese; chop parsley.

  2. 2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add meat; cook 4 to 5 min. on each side or until done (160 F) Remove to serving plate; cover to keep warm.

  3. 3. Add wine, peppers and garlic to skillet; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until crisp tender. Add cream cheese; cook 4 to 5 min or until cream cheese i smelted and sauce is slightly thickened, stirring constantly.

  4. 3. Serve sauce over meat; sprinkle with parsely.
