Great Asian-style dish, sweet with a little kick.

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Medallions with Asian Flair

1 lb pork tenderloin
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 c chicken broth
3 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 garlic clove, minced (or 1/4 tsp garlic powder)
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (I put less)

Recipe Directions for Pork Medallions with Asian Flair

  1. Slice the meat thinly, saute in oil in batches until no longer pink. Remove and keep warm.

  2. Mix the remaining ingredients and add to pan.

  3. Cook and stir over medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until thickened.

  4. Return pork to the pan, heat through.

  5. Serve with rice if desired.
