Pork Meatballs in Sauce with Sauteed Mushrooms and Onions, great for meatball grinders!

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Meatballs

16 oz Ground Pork, Fresh
3 serving VIGO PLAIN BREAD CRUMB
1 large Egg, Whole
4 clove Garlic
4 tbsp chopped Chives
16 oz Spicy Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
1 medium Onions
2 cup pieces Mushrooms
4 1tsp Olive Oil
4 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Pork Meatballs

Combine the Pork, Bread Crumbs, Egg and sesonings in a large bowl. Form in to 2" meatballs, and cook in olive oil until brown on all sides. Once Meatballs are cooked use oil/pan to cook onion and Mushrooms. Combine meatballs with mushrooms and onions and add sauce, cook on low for 1 hour.
