Recipe Ingredients for pork meatballs

16 ounces Ground Pork
1 small raw Red Onion
4 pieces Garlic Cloves
3 slice Bread, White, Commercially Prepared
3 tsp Paste
1 large Egg, Whole
1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
1/4 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
1/4 cup Mozzarella Shredded

Recipe Directions for pork meatballs

pulse slices of bread in food processor to make fresh breadcrumbs. combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and let set in fridge for 1/2 hour before rolling into balls. bake in 400 degree oven 30-40 minutes on sheet sprayed with oil then add to simmering sauce to serve over pasta
