Recipe Ingredients for Pork marengo

2 pounds Pork, roast
1/2 onion, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
28 oz Tomatoes, canned
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp marjoram
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp thyme
1 dash pepper
3 oz Mushrooms, chopped
1 cup water
3 tbsp flour

Recipe Directions for Pork marengo

  1. Brown roast

  2. Place in slow cooker with all except flour

  3. Use flour to thicken in last hour of cooking

  4. cooks 5 hours on high or 8 hours on low
