A low carb stew. Thick and meaty.

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Mantan

1 1/2 pound of pork loin
1 3/10 cup of water
14 oz of diced tomatoes
8 oz of sliced mushrooms
1 onion, slided
3 tbsps of flour
1 tsp of marjoram
1 tsp of thyme
1 tbsp of olive oil

Recipe Directions for Pork Mantan

  1. Brown the pork in a tablespoon of olive oil.

  2. Meanwhile place the onions and mushrooms in to the slow cooker.

  3. In a bowl, stir in tomatoes, 1 cup of water and thyme and marjoram and buillion cube.

  4. Mix in the pork and pour the tomatoe on top of pork.

  5. Cook for 8-10 hours on low.

  6. Mix the flour into 1/3 cups of water

  7. Stir flour/water into the slow cooker and let simmer for 20 minutes.
