This is the recipe with out the pork loin because I couldn't find the pork loin I was using.

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Loin and Vegetables

24 ounces red potatoes
1/2 medium onion chopped
2 garlic cloves
1 med red bell pepper
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon thyme
10 1/2 ounces cream of chicken

Recipe Directions for Pork Loin and Vegetables

  1. boil potatoes and drain and slice in halfs or quaters put in crock pot

  2. chop up onion, bell pepper, garlic and put in crock pot

  3. add cream of chicken and all spices and stir

  4. add pork loin (lemon garlic pork loin from meijer) and cook until pork loin is tender yet done.
