3 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Tenderloin
1 oz Chorizo, Pork And Beef

Recipe Directions for Pork Loin Stuffed with Chorizo

  1. Butterfly 6-7 lb pork loin

  2. Stuff with 2 lb chorizo

  3. Tie with string

  4. Rub olive oil on outside and sprinkle with parsley

  5. Preheat oven to 450

  6. Bake for 10 minutes

  7. Reduce temp to 350

  8. Cook 60-80 minutes or until internal temp reaches 145. Makes 4 to 6 servings. Consider serving with garlic, white wine, cream sauce.
