One pound of pork loin sliced thin and cooked with raw onion. Olive oil is added to prevent extra lean meat from burning. Serve on sub bun, or as open face sandwich. Top with BBQ sauce or Mayo.

1 lb pork loin
70 g onion
4 oz mushrooms
1 tblsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Pork Loin Steak and Onions

Slice pork loin and onion as thin as possible. (Pork canned be chilled until starting to form ice crystals.) Add mushrooms after pork has browned and onion wilted. Add salt and pepper to taste.
