Extremely tasty. Goes well with mashed potatoes.

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Loin Roast

3 lb. Boneless pork loin roast (or can use tenderloins?just adjust cook time)
1 c beer or ginger ale
1/2 c honey
1/2 c Dijon Mustard
1/4 c vegetable oil
2 tbsp. onion powder
1 1/2 tsp. rosemary leaves, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Recipe Directions for Pork Loin Roast

  1. Mix above.

  2. Place all in a cooking plastic bag and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr 20 min.

  3. I have also made this without the cooking bag and basted the roast on occasion.
