1 egg
2 lbs mushrooms
14 oz fat free evaporated milk
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp flour
1/3 cup whole milk
5 oz part skim mozzarella, shredded

  1. form meatballs from first 5 ingredients,

  2. make sauce from remaining ingredients except cheese

  3. top meatballs with sauce, and bake for 1 hour, and top with cheese last 10 minutes
