Recipe Ingredients for Pork loin chops in Mustard and Thyme

1 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried
1 tbsp Canola Oil
1 tsp Brown Mustard
4 chop, excluding refuse (yield from 1 raw chop, with refuse, weighing 113 g)(71 g) Pork, Fresh, Loin, Sirloin (Chops), Boneless
1/2 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Pork loin chops in Mustard and Thyme

Add canola oil to pan. Rub chops with mustard, thyme, salt and pepper on both sides. Saute on medium heat until golden. Add 1/4 C water and simmer until done, about 20 minutes. Serves 4
