Recipe Ingredients for Pork Lo Mein

8 oz pork tenderloin
3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp minced ginger root
8 oz whole wheat pasta
0.02 tsp salt
1/2 cups sliced carrots
1 tsp olive oil
4 oz mushrooms
1/2 cups fat free chicken broth
1 tsp sesame oil
2/5 cup scallions

Recipe Directions for Pork Lo Mein

  1. cut pork into 1/4 inch strips saute with garlic, ginger and soy sauce let stand for 20 min

  2. cook linguini in large pot add carrots then drain

  3. add everything except linguini into a fry pan cook pork through then add linguini
