Boiled or steamed pork dumplings with ginger and spring onion.

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Gyoza

500 grams Pork
10 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root
2 clove Garlic
1 tsps Chilli Paste
7 grams Cornflour
150 grams Flour
1 oz Coriander
4 small (3" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 tbsp(16 g) Soy Sauce
1.5 1tsp Oil, Sesame
5 grams Rice Vinegar

Recipe Directions for Pork Gyoza

Mix plain flour with cold water to make dumpling dough. Roll out into small discs x 32. Mix all other ingredients with the pork and allow to sit for a while. Then lay dough discs out and put a teaspoon of pork mix on each. Fold dough up around mix and seal at top. You can freeze the dumplings at this point or cook now by boiling, steaming or frying.
