Pork chops served with fresh greens from the garden and stirfried veggies

Recipe Ingredients for Pork and greens stirfry

1 cup Beet Greens
1/2 yellow pepper
1 cup swiss chard
2 pork chop
6 mushrooms
1/2 cup broccoli
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
1/3 cup sliced carrots
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
1 1/2 cups parboiled rice

Recipe Directions for Pork and greens stirfry

  1. Slice the pork as thinly as possible. Mix 1/4 of the chicken broth with 1 T of the sweet soy sauce and 1 clove of garlic. Marinate the pork in the sauce for at least 1 hour.

  2. Heat a pan to medium high. Cook the pork until almost done. Add the broccoli and carrots. Stirfry until tendercrisp. Add the pepper, mushrooms, garlic and sauce.

  3. Shred the greens. Add to the pan and cook for about a minute. Serve with rice
