Recipe Ingredients for Pork and Green Chili Stew

1 pound pork tenderloin
1 cup onion
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup flour
1 green pepper
1 cup zucchini
14 ounces diced tomato
14 ounces green chili
1 jalapeno to taste
1 teaspoon sugar
2 cups chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Pork and Green Chili Stew

  1. Cut up veggies and put into bottom of crock pot.

  2. Cut pork into 1 inch cubes and coat with flour.

  3. Brown in skillet, then add to crockpot.

  4. Add remaining ingredients, and cook onlow for 8 hours, or 4 on high. Pork with be very tender.
