this is the gravy i make to go with the pork tenderloin roast i make. the pork stock in the liquid that results from cooking the pork roast in the crock pot. i just separate all the fat off before using.

Recipe Ingredients for pork gravy

2 1/2 cups pork stock
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp butter
1/8 tsp season salt

Recipe Directions for pork gravy

  1. in a glass with a lid put the flour and water and shake vigorously until no lumps remain.

  2. in saucepan melt butter and add in season salt.

  3. pour in pork stock and bring to boil.

  4. add in flour water mixture while stirring with whisk.

  5. reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
