Recipe Ingredients for Pork Goulash

1/3 lb lean pork
4 T orange marmalade
1/4 onion
4 oz mushrooms
2 carrots
4 T catsup
2 cloves garlic
1/2 t Italian seasoning
1 T brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Pork Goulash

  1. Brown the pork, garlic and onion in a small amount of olive oil. Add Italian seasoning.

  2. Make a gravy of the marmalade, catsup, balsamic vinegar and 1 cup water and add to browned pork mixture.

  3. Add mushrooms and carrots and cook until meat and vegetables are done.

  4. Serve over egg noodles.
