Recipe Ingredients for Pork Fried Rice

2 oz Cooking Stock
2 oz Mirin
1 1tsp Oil, Sesame
1 oz Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 eggs Egg, Scrambled
3 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 tsp Ginger Root
4 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
16 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Tenderloin
4 oz Peas, Green
1 medium Yellow Hothouse Bell Pepper
0.5 cup, strips or slices Carrots
0.3 cup chopped Red Onion
0.5 cup, diced Celery

Recipe Directions for Pork Fried Rice

Combine stock, rice wine, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl, and set aside. Heat vegetable oil in a wok, and add eggs. Stir-fry for 30 sec. or until soft scrambled. Add green onion and ginger; stir-fry for 1 minute. Add rice, pork, and peas; stir-fry for 1 minute. Add other vegetables, previously cooked. Heat through. Add stock mixture; toss to coat.
