Recipe Ingredients for Pork Fried Rice

170 g pork, cooked, shredded
2 containers minute brown rice
1 egg
1 T. oil
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
2 T. jalapeno pepper, chopped (about 1/2 a pepper)
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 c. mixed vegetables

Recipe Directions for Pork Fried Rice

  1. Add oil and veggies to wok, stir fry until all are brightly colored and partly cooked.

  2. Push veggies to the side and scramble the egg in the bottom of the wok.

  3. Add rice and pork, and stir fry until all is hot, adding a few shakes of soy sauce and a sprinkle of five spice powder.
