Recipe Ingredients for Pork Fried "rice"

1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 large egg
1 cup cauliflower, grated
2 tsps garlic
1/4 cup chopped scallions
3 oz shredded pork

Recipe Directions for Pork Fried "rice"

  1. Grate or run cauliflower in a food processor.

  2. Microwave for 4 minutes in a covered glass dish, do not add water.

  3. Fluff with fork.

  4. Saute egg, until scrambled, add and heat cooked pork and other ingredients. Add "rice" to heat and serve.
