Simple pork fried rice recipe. Great way to use up leftover pork.

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Fried Rice

1 cup uncooked minute rice
2 eggs
3 T Vegitable Oil
4 cloves garlic
1 cup Brocolli
1 cup Cauliflower
1/2 carrots
1/4 c onion
2 T green onion
6 oz pork, cooked, cubed
1/4 c soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Pork Fried Rice

  1. Prepare rice per package directions - set aside.

  2. Add oil to hot pan, quickly scramble egg, remove egg from pan and set aside.

  3. Add onions and garlic to pan cook until soft. Add pork, rice and rest of vegetables. Add soy sauce to taste.
