Delicious easy fried rice recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Fried Rice

2 cups brown rice
4 pork loin chops
16 oz stir fry vegetables
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp vegetable oil
8 oz sherry
1/4 tsp Ground Ginger

Recipe Directions for Pork Fried Rice

  1. Cook rice as directed. Slice pork chops in strips removing all fat first. Heat oil in large skillet. Cook pork chops till browned on outside. Add onion cook for 1 min.

  2. Add soy, oyster sauce and sherry. Sprinkle with ground ginger. Cook 1 min. Add vegetables and rice stir and heat through.

  3. Serve with a smile your family will love it.

  4. (can use chicken instead of pork)
