255 grams Pork Sausage
1 large Egg, Whole
40 grams Organic Golden Flaxseed Meal
25 grams Cheese
5 grams Minced Onion
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Natural Hickory

Recipe Directions for Pork/ Flaxseed Meatballs

Mix all ingredients, shape into 18 balls. Fry in olive oil until browned. Add to kale soup. Nom.
