Country Pork ribs with fresh figs

Recipe Ingredients for Pork with figs

12 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Country-style Ribs
6 large Figs
1 medium raw Onion Yellow
1 oz Regular Soy Sauce
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Pork with figs

Rub pork with 1/ Tbsp olive oil and ground thyme. Place in pan over layer of either fresh rosemary or dried rosemary. Add cut oinion and whole figs. Drizzle with remaining 1/2 tabsp of olive oil and tabsp of soy sauce. Bake at 400 for forty minutes.
