2 steak, excluding refuse (yield from 1 raw steak, with refuse, weighing 300 g) Pork, Fresh, Shoulder, Blade, Boston (Steaks)
1/2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 tsp Cumin Seed
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1/2 tablespoon Oregano
8 fl oz Fresca
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
