Recipe Ingredients for Pork Fajita Pitas

1 bell pepper
2 small onions
1 lb pork
14 1/2 oz diced tomato
2 tablespoons red wine
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
6 cloves garlic
4 pitas

Recipe Directions for Pork Fajita Pitas

  1. Mix wine, w. sauce, 1/2 garlic, water in medium sauce pan over low heat.

  2. Cube pork and add to sauce pan. Cook over low heat until done.

  3. Meanwhile, mice onions and pepper, saute with garlic until done.

  4. Add tomato

  5. Serve in pita.
