Mmm...zesty! Combine with white corn tortillas, avocados, and sour cream! Pork can also be substituted for beef. Cook for additional 1/2 hour.

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Fajita Filling

1 lb. lean pork loin
24 oz. beer
1/4 cup green salsa
1 dash salt
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
2 jalapeno peppers
1/2 yellow onion

Recipe Directions for Pork Fajita Filling

  1. Put pork into large pot. Add beer, lime juice, worcestershire sauce, salsa, and salt.

  2. Let sit under lid for 1 hour over medium heat. DO NOT REMOVE LID.

  3. Pull out pork and shred with 2 large forks. Pork should fall apart easily, or return to pot for additional 10-15 minutes.

  4. While pork is initially simmering, start chopping veggies.

  5. Mix veggies with pork, and enjoy!
