Recipe Ingredients for Pork enchilada

4 corn tortillas
1 cup Pork shoulder, chopped
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup pinto beans, mashed
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/8 cup onion, cooked

Recipe Directions for Pork enchilada

  1. Mix pork, cheese, beans garlic and onions.

  2. Divide mixture and place 1/4 onto each of four corn torillas.

  3. Roll tortillas and place in baking dish.

  4. Cook at 350 degrees until heated through. (Twenty minutes)
