Recipe Ingredients for Pork Cutlets w/Warm Mango Pineapple Salsa

1 lb boneless pork chops
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic
1 c mango, cubed
1 c pineapple, cubed
1/2 c orange juice
2 tsp mint
2 tsp parsley

Recipe Directions for Pork Cutlets w/Warm Mango Pineapple Salsa

  1. Heat a saute pan at medium high heat, add olive oil. Place the four chops in the pan and lightly season with salt, pepper, and garlic. Cook chops 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from pan.

  2. In the same saute pan add orange juice to pan to deglaze. Add mango, pineapple, mint, and parsley. If desired, add a pinch of salt. Cook on medium heat until orange juice reduces by half.

  3. Return meat to pan to heat through.
