Recipe Ingredients for pork cutlets with maple, mustard, and sage sauce

1 1/2 lb pork cutlets
3 tsp sage
2 tbsp butter
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp mustard
1 1/2 cups rice
3/4 lb sugar snap peas

Recipe Directions for pork cutlets with maple, mustard, and sage sauce

  1. Pound pork. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 tsp sage, salt and pepper.

  2. Melt butter. Add pork and cook until brown on both sides and cooked through - 1 1/2 minutes/side. Transfer pork to plate. Add broth, maple syrup, mustard and 1 1/2 tsp sage to skillet. Boil until syrupy, about three minutes. Reduce heat to low. Return pork and juices to skillet and cook until heated through - 1 minute.
