Pork Chops, I used boneless in a creamy gravy with vegetables cooked up in a pressure cooker.

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Chops and Vegetables in Mushroom Gravy

12 ounce boneless pork chops
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup+pieces mushroom pieces
1 cup+8+fl+oz water
1 small onion chopped
1 teaspoon black pepper
3 carrots cut into large pieces
2 medium potatoes cut into large pieces

Recipe Directions for Pork Chops and Vegetables in Mushroom Gravy

  1. Spray bottom of pressure cooker with vegetable spray and brown chops, seasoned with black pepper, on both sides.

  2. Removed chops from cooker and saute onions and mushrooms 2 minutes.

  3. Place carrots and potatoes in pot and add the soups, stirring until blended well. (I add a tablespoon worcester sauce or 1/4 white wine sometimes for different flavor).

  4. Return chops back to pot pushing down into gravy to cover.

  5. Cover Pressure Cooker and bring up to pressure and let cook 12 minutes. Let cooker depressurize naturally, about 15-20 minutes.
